Vassilis Siafaricas

1 Early life

Vassilis Siafaricas was born on 8 April in Trikala, Greece.

2 Education

Vassilis Siafaricas entered the School of Civil Engineers at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) at the age of 17, following in his father's footsteps. He continued his studies with a Master's degree in time and economic programming of projects at NTUA and at the Athens School of Fine Arts (ASFA) in the program Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing.

3 Career

Early career

After completing his studies, Siafaricas took over his family business "Expression", together with his sister, operating in the Northern Suburbs of Athens until 2010. During this period, he co-founded the technology company Angel Capital Ventures, one of the first companies to create mobile applications in Greece, and also started investments in the tourism sector.

Angel Capital Ventures created two games, Balliland XL and Max Awesome. With 5 million downloads, Balliland won a Webby honoree award, while Max Awesome also achieved significant downloads on the App Store. Overall, Angel Capital Ventures became a 360 marketing company for various accounts including Vodafone, Cosmote, Label 5, and Stolichnaya.

Ecléde

In 2013, Siafaricas co-founded the company Ecléde with projects such as The Dynasty Villas, Atlas + Pleione, Tre Sorelle, The Izanagi Project, and others. From 2022, Siafaricas took over Ecléde entirely as main shareholder and founder.

5 Personal life

Siafaricas was born and raised in Trikala, Thessaly. He fulfilled his military obligations, serving as a Movement Officer in the 786 Transport Battalion in Menemeni, Thessaloniki, during the Kosovo War. He was later detached as an officer to the Ministry of National Defense, undertaking inspections in buildings damaged by the 1999 Athens earthquake.

Siafaricas is an art lover and maintains the Gallery 47 Circles in Kolonaki. The gallery has held a series of exhibitions and features works by the Greek-American artist Philip Tsiaras, a close friend of Siafaricas.
